ACTIVATION ASSISTANCE OFFICE PRODUCTS

If during the installation you have not been asked to enter the product key or do not remember if you have already activated the software;
You can check the activation by:
1. Open a Word document
2. Click top left in the tab >> FILE
3. Then click >> ACCOUNT.
Now you can see the activation status on the top right, whether your product is activated, or still needs to be activated.

ACTIVATION INSTRUCTIONS

Select Activate Product or Change Product Key to access the Activation Manager.
Here are two ways to activate; Online or by phone.

Should a server error or other error message appear during online activation,

We must point out that attempting unlawful multiple activation can lead to the blocking of the product and prosecution. You are only entitled to one installation / activation on one PC per purchased quantity. For further questions we are happy to help you.

HERE'S HOW TO CLAIM YOUR DISCOUNT WITH VOUCHER

1. Pick a product (one that's applicable for a voucher discount) from our online store. Place selected Product in shopping bag by clicking the "Add to shopping cart" button.

2. At this stage you have already possibility to realise your voucher code. Under the "Proceed to checkout" button you find a field where you can enter your voucher code and click on green arrow button next to it.

3. If you are already our customer just log in to your softwerk.online account. As a new customer, please fill out all required fields under "I am a new customer" column and click "Continue" button.

4. Payment and shipping methods are already preselected.

If you forgot to enter your voucher code in earlier stage of order, here you can enter your voucher code in vouchers field. By clicking on the green arrow next to the voucher field, the total amount will be reduced to the amount already paid.

5. At the end of your order, click on "Send order" button which you find at the bottom right. The amount does not have to be paid again. It only serves for the correct invoicing of your documents.

6. After ordering please note:

Your Microsoft product key will be displayed in your customer account within a maximum of 12 hours. However, these are usually only a few hours after successful order. As soon as your key has been released, you will be informed separately by e-mail. The product key will be displayed under MY ACCOUNT >> INSTANT DOWNLOADS
